anyone have any good rutabaga recipes? We got a ton of them at the CSA this week, and the only time i think I recall eating one might have been at my SILs house. I understand these root vegetables are a staple of the local michigan winter food supply.

    In a pie pastry you put the rutabagas, onions, carrots, potatoes, and a little beef if you like. Fold the pastry over and bake.
    They keep well in the freezer and can be heated in the oven for a yummy hot lunch.
