We stayed here during Spring Break and promised we would come back. We stayed in the historic Hotel Colorado (no AC!), and discovered some new running/biking trails around the hotel. The highlight of the entire trip for the girls was the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, an amusement park with an alpine slide, roller coasters, zip lines, and other puke-inducing abominations. To get there, we just had to walk three blocks from the hotel and take a tram to the mountaintop. We all had a blast, and don’t tell my orthopedist that I did the rock-climbing wall.
